Job Responsibilites

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Recommending customers about the products, ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy store
  • Assist customer inquiries and complaints
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Processing sales transactions and taking payments

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • 1-2 years of retail experience will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
