Participation is only eligible for Caring Members and for purchases made within the contest period of 24 Feb – 27 Mar 2023.
Entry submission is accepted from 24 Feb – 31 Mar 2023. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
Entry submissions for CARiNG eStore purchases will require the Order No. Purchases on CARiNG eStore does not include CARiNG store on Lazada, Shopee or GrabMart.
Multiple entries per member is allowed. Each receipt must be a separate entry submission. Only 1 entry is allowed per receipt.
Winners will be selected at random through a system-generated random draw. Only participants who meet the eligibility requirements as stated and who answer the true or false statement correctly will be considered for the random draw. Each member is only entitled to maximum one (1) prize.
Winners will be contacted via SMS at their registered mobile no. within 30 working days after contest period ends. The prize will be credited into the winners’ Caring Membership account.
Employees of CARiNG Pharmacy Group Sdn Bhd and its affiliated or related companies, including employees’ immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this contest.
It shall be the participants responsibility to ensure that their registered mobile no. are current and updated with our Caring Membership. CARiNG Pharmacy shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages suffered by participants if their registered mobile no. in Caring Membership’s record is not contactable, current or updated.
CARiNG Pharmacy reserves the right to disqualify participants from receiving the prize in the event the eligible participant does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, or has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their Caring Membership and/or any transactions made thereof.
Participants agree that by participating in the contest, he/she: a) has accessed, read and confirm his/her agreement to these Terms and Conditions; b) consents to CARiNG Pharmacy processing and disclosing his/her personal data in accordance with the CARiNG Pharmacy Privacy Policy Notice at www.caring2u.com. c) agrees that all decisions are fairly and reasonably made by CARiNG Pharmacy in relation to every aspect of this contest, including the prizes to be given away and determination of the winners, shall be final, binding and conclusive.
Participants shall fully indemnify and keep CARiNG Pharmacy indemnified against any fee, cost, charge, expense, loss, damage or liability which may incur as a result of: a) participants’ entry in the contest; and/or b) participants’ receipt, redemption or use of the prize.
The prize must be redeemed before the expiry date. Any request to extend the validity of expired prizes will not be entertained.
CARiNG Pharmacy reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time and without prior notice.
