2. Promotion is applicable for a minimum of 5 pax. Groups with fewer than 5 pax will be charged full price.
3. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, coupons/vouchers, or loyalty/privilege cards.
4. Refunds are not permitted after the booking is confirmed.
5. The promotion will cease upon the expiration of the promotion period.
6. The promotion is not valid with vouchers, discounted items, or other promotions.
7. In cases of force majeure events (e.g., political unrest, pandemic, war, riots, airport/port closures, health risks, or other events beyond ScubaBuddyz Dive Station’s control), NO REFUND will be provided.

9. Full payment must be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, TnG, Wise upon booking.
10. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is acknowledged as received.
11. Bookings must be made a minimum of 3 hours in advance before pick-up.
12. If customers do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, they are required to re-book.
