什么是瘢痕疙瘩？
瘢痕疙瘩(Keloid scar)是一种异常凸起的疤痕，可在皮肤受伤后的几个月内形成。瘢痕疙瘩的形成是因在受损皮肤愈合的过程中，胶原组织异常地持续处于亢奋状态，造成疤痕一直增生，甚至超出原有的伤口范围。瘢痕疙瘩本身不会对身体健康造成任何影响，但在患者心理上会造成一定的困扰。所幸的是瘢痕疙瘩能够预防和治疗。
症状
- 常出现于耳朵/耳垂、下颚线、胸口、背部上方、和肩部。
- 瘢痕疙瘩会在皮肤受伤后的数月或数年内持续地缓慢增长。
- 瘙痒。
- 范围不会因时间而缩小。
如何预防？
- 避免穿耳洞和纹身。
- 若不小心受伤，同时有瘢痕疙瘩的家族病史，必须消毒伤口并保持伤口清洁。在伤口处重复涂抹一层矿脂（如：凡士林）。在伤口愈合后，尽快使用硅凝胶垫至少6个月。
如何治疗？
瘢痕疙瘩有数种治疗方法，例如: 注射性药物、放射治疗、激光治疗、冷冻疗法、和手术切除。但是这些治疗方法都有其本身的副作用并且复发机率大，需要与医生商量，找出最适合您的治疗方案。
