Terms and conditions

  1. International Delivery service is available for:
    -Singapore and Indonesia
    -CARiNG Regular members and non-members.
    -RM30 OFF delivery charges with minimum purchase of RM800 in a single receipt.
  2. Shipping Fee will be charged according to remaining actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) once total delivery fee exceeds RM30.
  3. Customer’s goods will be delivered using CARiNG appointed delivery company.
  4. Full payment must be made into outlet’s bank-in account.
  5. Customer must provide the payment advice to the outlet for verification.
  6. Only good(s) available at the time of purchase will be charged and delivered.
  7. Once order and payment is made, customer is not allowed to change the delivery address.
  8. Once the good(s) are ready to be delivered, customer will receive a WhatsApp / SMS notification on the order delivery details.
  9. Customer must be available to receive the good(s) at the address provided.
  10. If the customer is not personally available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept the good(s) on behalf of the customer, provided the said representative is appointed by the customer and is capable of receiving the delivery.
  11. Home Delivery service is only available at selected CARiNG outlets.
  12. Customer has to bear the risk in the event of confiscation, tax charges, missing parcel or delayed shipment, etc. 
  13. Customer has to bear the shipping fees in the event of reverse logistics for exchange purposes.
  14. Delivery lead time is subject to custom’s clearances. 
  15. CARiNG shall not take further responsibilities once the goods are collected from our premises by courier company, including loss, damages, and taxes incurred by customs.
  16. The appointed courier company is only liable for direct loss/damage of parcel up to certain amount.  
  17. Terms and conditions may be revised from time to time without prior notice. 
  1. Full payment must be made via instant transfer / bank-in into outlet’s bank account prior to delivery. Customer to remark account holder’s name/mobile number as reference.
  2. Customer must provide the bank-in slip to the outlet for verification. Please allow 3 working days for verification of payment being received.
  3. Only good(s) available at the time of purchase and delivery charges will be charged and delivered.
  4. The price of good(s) sold will follow the outlet’s price at the time of purchase.
  5. Once order and payment is made, customer is not allowed to change the delivery address.
  6. All transactions must be conducted in accordance with prevailing governing law.
We observe the policy of goods sold are not returnable.
We shall only use your data to provide and improve our services.
